Every decision is yours — and you should confirm important ones with a licensed professional.

Everything HoldingsAnalytics produces — scores, forecasts, action plans, and commentary — is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not personalized investment, financial, tax, accounting, legal, or insurance advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any strategy.

2. Not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer

HoldingsAnalytics is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any state as an investment adviser, and is not a broker-dealer. We are not members of FINRA or SIPC. Nothing here should be construed as advisory services under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or as brokerage services.

3. Not an accountant or tax advisor

5. Not a fiduciary

HoldingsAnalytics does not act as a fiduciary to you, including under ERISA with respect to any retirement account (IRA, 401(k), etc.). We have no duty to act in your best interest in the way a licensed fiduciary adviser would.

6. We do not hold your money or execute trades

We are not a bank, custodian, or trust company. We do not take custody of, hold, or move your funds or securities, and we do not place trades on your behalf. Deposits and investments referenced are held at your own institutions and are not FDIC- or SIPC-insured by us.

7. Forecasts are projections, not guarantees

Forecasts, cones, scenarios, expected returns, and risk figures are model-based projections produced by statistical, machine-learning, and AI methods. They are inherently uncertain, may be wrong, and are not guarantees or predictions of actual results. Past performance does not indicate future results. Our output is only as good as the holdings and account information you enter or connect. Incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate inputs will produce incomplete or inaccurate analysis. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data.

We use third-party data sources (market prices, fundamentals, macro data, etc.) that may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant any third-party data and are not responsible for errors in it. AI-generated summaries may contain mistakes — verify anything important.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
